As a teacher preparation specialist, I have worked in collaboratively with over 500 public schools and over 100 charter schools in the United Sates, South America, and several Caribbean's countries. My experiences have included grant writing, assessment and evaluation of programs, and professional development and training. I am proud of my ability to helping colleges and universities get on track for successful accreditation visits. Of the more than two dozen accreditation visits that I have led at colleges and universities, all have been successful. Likewise, I have provided technical assistance for more numerous colleges and universities of all sizes (public and private) that have led to successful accreditation processes. Several of these visits have resulted in recognitions of distinctions by these colleges and universities. My grant writing portfolio and generated over 50 million dollars during my career. Areas of success in grant writing include professional development, health disparities, technology, college readiness, youth programs, and special education. I have also found significant success working with churches. Helping them establish and develop their 501c3 applications, develop their boards, build partnerships and collaborations and more. It is my passion is working with people who have dreams and ideas, and concepts to develop their vision into reality. I provide services that I have acquired and developed during my career in training, grant writing, assessment and evaluation, and accreditation. As a successful educator, coach, motivator, and trainer I promise to teach, motivate, and inspire teachers in my on-site and on-line teacher training.
